Shipping & Delivery

Silky Obsession uses third‑party shipping carriers. Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier, and customs processing.

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. Silky Obsession is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect address submissions.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer once the order has shipped.

Customs & International Orders

Customers are responsible for complying with local customs regulations, duties, and import requirements. Silky Obsession is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • In original packaging with tags intact

Items that have been washed, dyed, cut, or installed are not eligible for return or exchange.

Timeframe

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, unless explicitly marked as final sale.

U.S. Returns

Free returns and exchanges may be available within the United States upon approval. Contact customer support to request a prepaid return label.

Final Sale Items

Product Care & Longevity Disclaimer

Silky Obsession products are made with premium human hair. With proper care, wigs and bundles may last 6 months to 1 year or longer.

Longevity depends on:

  • Heat and chemical usage
  • Frequency of wear

Slight variations in color, texture, or curl pattern are natural and do not indicate a defect.

Improper care voids eligibility for refunds or exchanges.
